Loving and Professional Dog Boarding, Dog Sitting, Dog Training, Dog Walking and Doggy Daycare in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Beloved and 5-star reviewed on Yelp, Google and Park Slope Parents.

Hello, I'm Josefina. I can also be reached at @sitdoggy23, where I post my IG and boarding/walking adventures. Prior to dog sitting, my pet care experience includes fostering rescues with Wonder Dog Rescue, Grateful Dogs Rescue and the SF/SPCA shelter. I also have experience as a volunteer dog walker at the SF/SPCA. I have experience working with dogs with a wide range of issues including: seniors, dogs with medical issues, including trauma and abuse/neglect. I have a special love for my work with fostering rescues, as well as walking shelter dogs. It’s an honor to have helped save the lives of many dogs. I currently work from home, have two children and prefer crate-trained dogs.

Glad you're here! Sharing life with an animal brings learning curves, questions, and moments where a little guidance makes all the difference. My role is to help you make sense of what’s going on and to offer support that feels clear, manageable, and genuinely caring so you’re not constantly second-guessing what to do next. I believe guardians thrive when they have clear guidance, kind coaching, and permission to take things at a pace that feels right. I believe animals thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported in predictable environments. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, or simply ready for things to feel more understandable, and manageable, I’m here to help. Book a call today.

Many people are stressed out and struggling with their dog's behavior. I help them transform their relationship with their dogs through fun, games-based training, so they can joyfully share their life with a well-behaved dog.
