My business name was chosen because that is what we're working with in order to help every dog- the inner dog, their brain. I've been helping dogs and their human companions for 17 years. I have been privileged to work with many dogs who, presenting with a wide variety of challenges, have taught me so much, each leaving me with a legacy to pass on in helping other dogs. Creating trust allows us to teach skills, change behaviors, thus creating that special partnership between our canine friends and their human companions.

Hi! I am a positive reinforcement, fear-free certified trainer (CPDT-KA, FFCP). I started on this journey years ago by volunteering at an animal shelter. SF Adventure Pet provides intimate group walks M-F serving Marina, Cow Hollow and Pacific Heights neighborhoods. Boarding is offered daily for walking clients only. These dogs become 'at home' with me and one another, as we all enjoy being out together. We walk in GGNRA locations frequenting Crissy Fields, Mountain Lake and Presidio trails, making occasional field trips to Fort Funston or Baker's Beach. This style of walking requires that your pup is able to keep with the group regarding recall and pace. I'll always do my best ensure your pup is safe, happy, and successful with us. I hold a Bachelors in Community Health Science from UNR and studied with Dog Training Internship Academy.

I've been training for 8 years and I have extensive experience in the daycare and boarding environment, training and caring for hundreds of dogs over 6 years. I'm passionate about helping all dogs and their pet parents, especially with fear and anxiety issues, as well as teaching dogs to relax and be calm while building their confidence, which is an integral part of my training curriculum. It was the love of my life, Jane, my Jack Russell Terrier of almost 18 years, who inspired me to pursue a career in dog training and is the dog behind the name, See Jane Dog Behavior and Training.
